I need to tell you and your team, we are over the moon with our lodge, we love how you was able to read our minds with the layout, the finish the colours, I could go on and on. I know my family and I are going to have a fab time in our lodge in the next 20 years or so ( pinching ourselves every time we see the lodge)
I will be telling everybody I know, what a professional company you run, how easy it was to go through from a idea to the finished Lodge with everything and more than what we needed. Silvano I must say without your input and your vision, after taking the time to visit the site and see the view, you was very correct we needed something special and this is exactly what you have done for us.

We now realise how lucky we were to have decided on a Prestige Concerto! Today two engineers from Prestige “Shaun & Fizz” came to remove the washing machine and fit a washer drier as we so needed, removing the dishwasher to put the washer-drier nearer to the sink. They did an excellent job and in spite of wet and windy weather, kept everything clean and tidy. We would be grateful if, for any further work, Shaun and Fizz could come to do it.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shaun and Jim who all sorted out the minor remedial problems quickly and professionally, and with no mess! They were a pleasure to have in our home. Considering how far they'd all driven in the morning they were cheerful and helpful, arriving at the time they said they would - important for me as I had to get to work as soon as I could!! Just a few lines to thank you for all your help and understanding when we visited Prestige last week. Initially apprehensive, but from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly employees; this put us at ease from the start.
With your help and knowledge and our own input you guided us through the design of the lodge & guided us through from room to room choosing our colour schemes, furniture and full fixtures and fittings as we went. There was a range and choice of furniture, fixtures and fittings to suit all styles and finances, and at times was a little bewildering, however with your input and patience we got there in the end. Time flew so quickly.
A caffeine hit was supplied with coffee on regularly basis and lunch was provided also, which we were not anticipating.
We came away with the proposed plan and specifications for our perusal and agreement. Thank you also for giving us a few days to consider our options & make the final changes to the plan & specification making the whole process a pleasure.
We are looking forward to 2012 and owning our Prestige bespoke lodge.
Many thanks for your time, patience and understanding on the day.
We will of course be more than happy to talk to any prospective clients and will be proud to give them a guided tour of our new home.

Yesterday 21 11 11 my wife and i visited your factory at Kettering. Mac was our advisor, we were made to feel welcome by all the staff, esp the lady in the office supplying us with Lunch and Drinks.   We were made to feel very impotant and the whole explination of How,Where and When was excellent. The tour of the works with detailed commentary was grand. MOST OF ALL was theSales Service detail of Layout provided by Mac.   He let the unit sell itself,(my kind of salesman, i don't like hard sell). All in all an excellent day well worth the trip. I can’t praise Prestige Homes enough.  My husband Harry and I bought a Prestige Minuet Park Home in the Summer of 2011.  Together with Burlingham Park owners, Nelson and Heather Barton, Prestige worked with Harry to design the interior of our home and Nelson suggested the vaulted ceiling. Prestige worked with us every step of the way.  Our home came fully furnished and Prestige have done us proud.  We couldn’t be happier with our new home. We had a slight problem a few months ago but Prestige came and fixed it the next day, even though it was August and Prestige staff were on holiday. Together with this great Park we live on we couldn’t be happier.  I would certainly recommend Prestige Homes to anyone thinking of buying a Park Home.

We would like to thank you for your time last week and the information which you provided us on “Prestige”. We were most impressed with your range, the quality, the attention to detail, the production facilities and your flexibility to meet your customers’ requirements.

After visiting many parks in the past 10 days, we have decided to wait for Birch’s to release their new gated site in Godmanchester in the spring 2012 before proceeding further. At that time we hope to be able to select a Prestige Park Home to meet our requirements. Godmanchester will be an ideal location for us; having lived in the Huntingdon area before and still have family and friends in the area.

We are now preparing to sell our bricks and mortar and to prune back our goods and chattels ready for venturing into proper retirement in one of your park homes by summer 2012. Thus we expect to contact you in the coming spring to discuss the details of our new park home.

After returning home Max made an executive decision based on a pointing system  where you scored very high, but he said " you would have gained more points if the biscuits had been chocolate covered" but he enjoyed the crisps.

Joking aside we were very impressed and have decided to place our order with yourself and Prestige for our dream home. As discussed with you we are not in a position until we  have finished all the ground work and then we will know exactly what size home we will be looking for, as soon as the work has been carried out we will be in contact with yourself, as your are also aware we are not in a position until this time next year to be able to finance the park home, therefore we will wait for your advice as to the required timing of the planning and ordering we will leave it in your professional hands.

I moved into my new Minuet home on January 3rd and I was immediately conscious of the quality of the workmanship throughout.

I was so pleased that I chose to have the vaulted ceilings in the lounge and kitchen and was amazed at how it gave a feeling of spaciousness, mind you I am going to have a job when I need to change a light bulb as I am only 5ft tall, and getting shorter each year! When my sister and I came to visit last August with Roger, Mac was a great help advising with the floor plan and colour scheme.

There have been a few problems but Simone is dealing with them for me and has been very helpful.

I am truly delighted with the finished result and am sure I will spend many happy years in my Prestige home.

I would like to express my gratitude for your time and attention with the completion of my Prestige Minuet Special Park Home.

I was fortunate to be involved with the design and layout of my home from start to finish and having visited your Kettering site on a number of occasions was always afforded a sympathetic and flexible approach to the many changes that occurred during the design.
I was never made to feel awkward when changing my mind on the interior build or decoration and was given a wide range of choice of materials.

The finished article definitely had the “Wow” factor and was even better than I had expected while involved in the process.

After sales service is something not offered as a commodity these days but I know that any issues I may have will be resolved and dealt with by your after sales team with the over riding proviso that a Director is always contactable should service delivery be an issue. Unlike many Chief Executives!

Once again I am exceptionally happy with my new home which is cosy, warm, decorated to a high standard and with a ten year guarantee!
