About Prestige Park & Leisure Homes
The company was initially formed as a refurbishment business in 1991 under the name of Prestige Developments (Park Homes) Ltd by three directors, Silvano Geranio, Keith Hangar and Mick Todd, between them having already gained over 40 impressive years’ experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Refurbishment and Administration. With this combined wealth of knowledge they had gained tremendous insight into the park home market.
The company quickly became recognised as Europe’s largest Park Home Refurbishment contractor , consistently recommended by their highly valued and loyal customer base, and also by Park Owners, Park Home Manufacturers, Surveyors, Insurance Companies and Council and Grant Agencies (Care and Repair and Anchor Staying put, to name but a few).
Prestige Developments are proud of their impressive First Class reputation. Expert product knowledge, Sales Advice and professionalism, combined with skilled site personnel and quality administration, that have made the’ Prestige experience’ second to none.
Following on from the success of the refurbishment business, the directors soon recognised a niche in the market and started to produce their own upvc products. Named Prestige Plastics Ltd, founded in 2002 and joined by Steve Taylor, the company is already established as the major supplier to the mobile home refurbishment trade as well as its rapidly expanding trade window, doors and conservatory fabrication business. The business offers a one stop shop for all its customers’ plastics requirements including fascias, soffits, guttering, cladding, trims, silicones and sundries.

As the reputation of both companies rapidly grew, directors Silvano Geranio, Keith Hangar, Mick Todd and Eric Jones headed the launch of a new company, Prestige Park and Leisure Homes Ltd in April 2007.
Their extensive knowledge and comprehensive experience in the refurbishment and plastics businesses meant that they were ideally positioned to start manufacturing their own range of Park and Leisure Homes.
A small experienced and committed team began manufacturing homes in a 25,000 square feet production facility and built superior high quality homes that had none of the previous inherent pitfalls associated with the Park Homes industry. With a ‘can do’ approach and an unrivalled customer and after sales service, Prestige Park and Leisure Homes has gone from strength to strength, expanding the manufacturing facility to 40,000 square feet in May 2009 and to 70,000 square feet across two factories in August 2010 and now employing in excess of 70 local personnel at its Kettering site. With further plans to expand the business over the coming year, Prestige is already well on its way to becoming one of the largest and most respected Park Home Manufacturers in the UK.
With the growth of the UK holiday market, directors Silvano Geranio and Eric Jones saw further opportunity for growth and joined forces with fellow directors Nigel Heslington, Tony Jones, David Ward and Mike Clifford to form Regal Holiday Homes. Concentrating on the caravan industry rather than the Park Home Industry, Regal is already proving to be a major player, manufacturing a high quality product into this market.
