Whatever your taste there is a Park Home for you. They are spacious and there is enormous flexibility in design, layout and room size. A typical park home has a sitting room, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom or shower room, and between one and three bedrooms – often with an en suite bath or shower room.

Most Park Homes are fully furnished, although you can opt for unfurnished or part furnished if it suits you better. A furnished home includes loose and fitted furniture, as well as colour co-ordinated wall-to-wall carpets and soft furnishings.

All Park Homes are connected to normal services such as water, electricity, gas, telephone, drains and sewers.

Homes are well insulated and have central heating and double-glazing, so you can be warm and comfortable without spending a fortune. They are easy to maintain, allowing you to spend your time and money on more interesting things.

Most plots have manageable gardens and plenty of parking spaces for you and your visitors. Some have garages.

Park Homes comply with British Standard 3632 and are eligible for further protection under the NPHC’s Goldshield Ten Year Warranty Scheme
